A one-week R&D/ game jam where I was partnered with a designer and two programers to make the art for a 2D platformer. I chose to make a flying ball of fire to fit the time constraint better.
Spent 1 day on concept, 2 days making the assets and rigging them in Spine and 2 days animating.
Goblin wasn't supposed to be animated but I managed to squeeze in something basic.
Went for a retro look for the color palette. Neon colors, flat shading.
Environment assets were found on the Unity Asset store.
